You will need to download and install the UniRide app (Android/iOS) on your device and setup your account, it is easy!
Please reach out to support directly from within the app if you ever experience this issue.
Payments can be made from the funds you’ve topped up your wallet and or can be paid directly using a credit card.
There are no stops available during your booking unless your a VIP.
The luggage and seating capacity depends on the vehicle category you selected during your request.
The driver will meet you at the exact spot you’ve booked your ride from using GPS Location.
You can make direct contact to the driver by messaging or calling the driver directly within the UniRide app.
You can check and see an estimated total fare for your booking before proceeding with the final booking process.
There is no estimated time because the ride timing can be based on days of traffic or distance.
Please contact support directly through the UniRide app to make any changes or new resquest due to group size changing.
